So - after finally determining that Siesta was not able to naturally deliver these pups, Dr Trudeau and her amazing team went to work!
I don't believe I have ever seen anything quite so amazing! As quickly as she pulled pups from Siesta's uterus, a vet tech had the pup and was quickly cleaning it and bringing it to life! One after another was passed from one tech to another - the room was filled with them (techs and puppies) - they were like a well oiled machine.
We had Siesta at the Vet by 8:00 PM and by 9:30 PM all 9 pups had been born and Dr Trudeau was already cleaning Siesta up and putting everything back in place!
